Shopping with HabitatQuest

These terms apply to purchases from HabitatQuest at habitatquest.com. Please read the product information, shipping policy, and returns policy before ordering. Questions can be sent to info@habitatquest.com.

Orders and product information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details and selecting the intended product, size, and colour. Shirts are made to order using fulfillment partners. Product measurements and fit information should guide your size choice. Screen settings can affect colour appearance; this does not excuse a defective or materially misdescribed item.

Prices and payment

Review the currency, product price, shipping charges, taxes, and total displayed at checkout before submitting payment. Prices can change for future purchases. We will not add an unapproved charge to an existing order. If a product is unavailable or a material listing error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you and provide a refund for any cancelled, paid item.

Shipping, cancellations, and returns

Our Shipping policy and Returns and refunds policy explain delivery, order-change requests, and remedies for product issues. Made-to-order production limits discretionary cancellations and preference-based returns; mandatory consumer protections still apply.

Privacy and responsible use

Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, or attempts to disrupt its operation.

Your rights and changes to these terms

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Canadian provincial, territorial, or US law. Policy updates apply to future purchases; the terms presented when you place an order govern that order, subject to applicable law.
