Made-to-order items
HabitatQuest shirts are printed after you order. Except where required by law, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a size or colour you selected incorrectly, a change of mind, or ordering multiple sizes to try at home. Review the product measurements and your selections before checkout. Contact us if you need sizing help.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Email info@habitatquest.com as soon as you notice an issue and within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description, and clear photos showing the item and problem. For an incorrect size or product, include the garment label; for shipping damage, include the packaging. If multiple items are affected, photograph them together as well.
We review each claim. For a confirmed manufacturing defect, misprint, or item supplied incorrectly, we will arrange a replacement at no cost. If replacement is unavailable, or a refund is required by law, we will refund the affected item and applicable charges. You do not need to return a confirmed defective item. Do not mail items to Printify, the print provider, or the address on the parcel without instructions from us.
Missing deliveries
If your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, contact us promptly with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate with our fulfillment partner and arrange an appropriate resolution for a confirmed loss. A tracking scan marked delivered will be investigated rather than automatically treated as a lost parcel.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us immediately to request a change or cancellation. We can only confirm it after checking production status. Once production begins, discretionary changes and cancellations may no longer be possible. This does not limit cancellation or refund rights provided by law.
Refunds and your rights
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. The 30-day reporting request and other limits above do not remove statutory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, undelivered, or delayed goods. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that protection applies.
